The intent of this program is to provide skilled directors, particularly talented women and minorities, from all areas (i.e., tv, film, commercials, documentaries) with the experience and tools needed for episodic television directing, comedy or drama. Candidates will be part of a select group whose material will be reviewed by executives, showrunners, and house directors.
